STR permitted by right citywide subject to underlying residential zoning. Peak demand concentrated around NEBRASKAland Days (June), Bailey Yard rail tourism, and I-80 transient lodging. The market is small (~50-100 STR listings total) and primarily serves business travel and rail enthusiasts. Operators register only with Lincoln County and Nebraska Department of Revenue.
